MLT18 – Dynamic mechanical load tester

The MLT18 is our basic dynamic mechanical load test stand (DML). It simulates static and dynamic loads and is suitable for load testing according to international standards for modules of typical size. 18 pneumatic cylinders with four vacuum suction cups each, exert both compressive and tensile loads on the test sample.

The MLT18 is an excellent product for basic testing. The manual test setup and adjustment is accomplished quickly and easily. Cylinders are activated or deactivated with manual ball valves and can be positioned individually to achieve any desired (even non-uniform) suction cup arrangement.

The software features an intuitive user interface that allows complete remote control of the test stand. It supports dynamic testing according to IEC standards and makes it easy to create customized test schedules that can be defined, saved, and reused at any time. Key measurements are displayed in real time, and the planned test sequence is presented in a clear and structured way.
