We believe in renewables as a vital part of the energy landscape. In industrialized countries, this will result in cleaner energy options and reduced dependency on fossil fuels. In regions without access to energy grids, the use of solar energy enables access to heat and power without a reliance on central utilities.

The rate of renewable research, product development and renewable energy deployment still continues to accelerate. Founded in 1999, PSE is a technology company with specialized expertise in test equipment. We have 20 years of experience in building test facilities, developing new test methods and implementing turnkey laboratories around the world.

In recent years we have concentrated our activities on the field of instruments and test devices for the solar industry. In 2022 we have chosen to emphasize this, with the addition of "Instruments" in our company name.

As a spin-off of the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems ISE, PSE is closely linked to research. We continue to develop the state of the art in testing equipment and help to ensure quality in renewable energy technology, which in turn builds confidence in the market. 

Today, our company continues its mission to help make renewables a global success. Our equipment is used around the world.
